Ella Theme Update Service

With approximately 10 annual releases, keeping your Ella Theme updated ensures access to its latest features, enhances security, and resolves bugs.

Our Services Include:

• Updating your theme source to the latest version
• Preserving your settings and setup for all pages within the theme (does not include customizations)
• Assisting in app reinstallation for seamless integration

Package Options:

• One-time update payment (Update from your current version to the latest version available at the time of request)
• 6-month update payment (Update from your current version to all the latest versions released within 6 months from the time of request)
• One-year update payment (Update from your current version to all the latest versions released within 1 year from the time of request)

Please note, our pricing excludes the preservation of custom code modifications outside of default theme layouts/functions. Important:
The Ella Theme Update Service applies within the same major version only.

• If your store is using Ella 5.x, the update service covers updates to Ella 5.x+ versions.
• If your store is using Ella 6.x, the update service covers updates to Ella 6.x+ versions.
• If your store is using Ella 7.x, the update service covers updates to Ella 7.x+ versions.

Please note that Ella 7 is a completely new generation, rebuilt from scratch with Shopify’s latest Theme Block architecture.

Migration from previous generations (e.g., Ella 5 → 6 or Ella 6 → 7) requires a new installation, customization, and setup from the beginning, which is not included in this update service.
